It's a totally serviceable licensed beat-em-up, but even for it's time it was found lacking in content besides the fanservice of the character roster. Its a better handled DBZ Sagas, but it required more care imo. The best part is the endgame characters, spectacular supers, OP, but even then, the monotony and sheer boorishness of the game might not even permit one to get that far. Why should I have to grind this stage over and over JUST to upgrade my stats a little? Maybe if they added challenge runs or special rewards for reruns. Most characters felt unique enough to warrant the selection, the FFX sphere grid style upgrade system was neat but most choices were just "+X Stat" and filling the grid required a ton of needless grinding with no other benefit. artificial difficulty (at times worse than the jinchuriki in NUNS3 imo). And then add in bosses with BS stunlock supers just to prevent you from getting close and ending the fight quickly, eg.
